History
In 2014, Dr. Bruce Osler, DC overheard a group of orthopedic surgeons commiserating about the challenges presented by personal injury cases. After a short discussion with those doctors, the seeds of HomeHealth Financial were sown.
Since then, hundreds of patients have benefitted from the synergy made possible when surgeons work with HHF to facilitate adding home healthcare to their post-surgical care agenda.
Dr. Osler – or Dr. Bruce, as he's more widely known – understands the dynamics of the personal injury environment, having over 20 years of direct experience in the world of personal injury treatment. His chiropractic offices deal almost exclusively with personal injury cases. In addition, Dr. Bruce has also owned and operated a home health agency and still operates a nurse registry business.

"How can I help?" It is Dr. Bruce's drive to help that sent him down the path to becoming a chiropractor 25 years ago and it is that same drive that powers HomeHealth Financial. "There are companies out there that can provide the funding that we do, but we bring more to the table. I've worked in personal injury for over 15 years and I know it's not the money that matters, it the impact we can have on the successful outcomes of medical + legal cases that matters." Dr. Bruce runs a multi-office conservative care practice and a nurse registry, he works regularly with personal injury attorneys, and he's owned + operated a home health agency. HomeHealth Financial is built on the foundation of actual experience, and that makes all the difference.

Jacinta Noboa
Jacinta is HHF’s secret weapon, which is why we're concealing her identity ;-). If loyalty and hard work had a face, it would be Jacinta’s. Jacinta keeps the HHF engine finely-tuned and working at it's peak day after day. She is Dr. Bruce’s indispensable assistant, managing his activity and following up on tasks that need attention. Jacinta runs the office with a seemingly endless capacity to take on whatever work is thrown her way. Don’t tell her…but we’d be lost without her.
