Introducing a completely new business model to an industry is bound to spark a few questions. Here are the ones we hear most often, and our responses. 

Q.  Is there a fee? 
A.  No. We do not charge a fee for our services. 

Q.  How long has HHF been doing this? 
A.  We have been working in with personal injury patients for over 20 years. The HHF business model was introduced in 2015.

Q.  How is HHF financially able to pay for our services? 
A.  We have been fortunate in the success we've enjoyed in our other businesses. When our research confirmed there was an opportunity and a need for the service HHF provides, we projected costs and revenues over the first 4 years, then set aside the capital it would take to support the business until it began to support itself (which will happen this year, ahead of our expectations).

Q.  What are the rates home health agencies can expect to be paid? 
A.  Our rate structure for home health agencies varies by region, and is designed to provide with a cost plus approach (with the plus being the agency's profit margin). We've run a home health agency and know the business side of home health. As such you can expect a comfortable profit margin, in line with industry norms. 

Q.  What services does HHF provide?
A.  
We it financially viable for home health agencies to comfortably and eagerly accept personal injury patients needing post-surgical care. A vast majority of home health agencies decline personal injury cases because they are financially risky and unpredictable. We remove that risk. In addition, we pay agencies within 1-2 weeks (not months ... weeks!) after they conclude a case, sometimes within days. The combination of zero financial risk and speedy payment that HHF delivers transforms personal injury cases into the MOST attractive class of cases in an agency's case mix.

Q.  What’s the catch? 
A.  You can't do something this different and not expect some skepticism. But, the fact is, there is no catch. Our service is very simple, very straightforward and extremely advantageous to pretty much everyone – surgeons, surgical centers, personal injury attorneys, home health agencies and, of course, the personal injury victims.
